Getting Started with the CMS

The Shockoe application is a custom app that pulls all content from Contentful CMS, a cloud-based platform for creating, organizing, and publishing digital content using reusable templates and structured fields.

All articles, images, audio, video, and other media in the app are managed through Contentful. Use the pre-built templates we’ve created to ensure content is structured, consistent, and ready for the app.

Key Reminders:

• Content must be published in Contentful before appearing in the app.

• Asset files must first be uploaded into the appropriate Asset Template.

• Most templates support live preview to review content before publishing.
