This section defines key screens and terminology in the Shockoe application.

The default screen that draws in users. Editable in General Configurations Editing the Landing Screen.

On-screen interaction tips explaining parts of the interface. Editable in General Configurations Editing Onboarding Tooltips.

The main landing screen of the app. Editable in General Configurations Steps to Create An Article.

Top-level navigation to move between categories. Editable in General Configurations Editing The Category Menu Bar.

Filters that appear below the category bar. Editable in General Configurations Editing The Nav Filter Templates.

Performs keyword searches. Up to three keywords selectable. Editable in General Configurations Editing Search. Filter Template.

Each card represents an article or story in the application. See Steps To Creating An Article for details.

Sections where text and media display. Pages must be created and published to appear in the app. See Adding Pages To Articles for details.

Special icons attached to articles; visible only on the browsing screen.

Editable in General Configurations Editing Story and EIC Tags.

Audio includes transcripts; video includes captions. Controls are not editable.

Displayed when no search results are found. Editable in General Configurations Editing No Results Messaging Screen.

Displayed when an external link fails to load. Editable in General Configurations Editing External URL Error Message Screen.
